Britt Oberholtzer

Britt serves as CEO of Innovative Mechanical Contractors (IMC), where he leads the company’s long-term growth, strategic direction, and operational excellence. With more than 45 years of experience in construction management, plumbing, and HVAC systems, Britt brings deep industry knowledge and proven leadership to the organization.

Prior to joining IMC, Britt held several senior leadership roles, including Construction Manager and Vice President of Operations. In these positions, he successfully led teams of up to 400 employees and managed projects ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million. He is recognized for his ability to streamline operations, coordinate complex logistics, uphold rigorous safety standards, and foster strong collaboration between field and shop teams.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Britt is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has been actively involved in initiatives such as Christmas in April, helped implement apprenticeship programs within correctional facilities, and supported job fairs aimed at assisting individuals transitioning from incarceration into the workforce.
